Earlier this month we had a freak snow storm. I say "freak" because the most anybody thought we would get were some flurries here or there. Needless to say, you can look at the pictures and tell that we got more than that.
It made our choice of Christmas tree buying days very appropriate. That is the first time I have ever bought our tree in the snow. It was kind of neat and "Christmasy."
Of course, the boys enjoyed it. They had lots of fun playing outside and throwing snowballs at our house (and me). I'm glad they got to play outside then because it has been too cold this week. We may get some more snow later this week. I know this much, if it falls, it is going to be frozen and it is going to stick to the ground. It is crazy cold here right now.
